OUR DESIGNS AND HOW TO ORDER FROM US:
To discuss and confirm your requirements, whether ordering from our season designs or requiring a design just for you please contact Clare on 07530287038. Alternatively you can email the name of the design, colours and quantity you require or ideas you have for a bespoke design to 2dream@live.co.uk. Following this a detailed quotation of your order will be sent to you. Each invitation, order of service or place card can be made from a choice of card colours and most of our designs can be adapted to suit most colour schemes.
There is no minimum order. The client may order the exact quantity of any piece of stationery that they require, at the unit cost per item quoted by 2dream however, remember to order sufficient invitations for extra guests or the odd mistake when writing them out. We give discounts on very large orders, this will be discussed when order is placed.
Within 14 days of the receipt of the order proofs will be delivered by First Class Royal Mail. While we take every care in producing the proofs, it is the client’s responsibility to check the design and/or proof read any text prior to the commencement of printing. Proofs must be signed and dated by the client and returned to us prior to the order production. If any alterations are required, these must be clearly made on each proof by the client, then again signed dated and returned to us. A new proof will be sent to the client for approval and must be signed, dated and returned to us as correct before we can commence with the order. We will use the most recent dated version of amendments in the production of the order. Your signature will be confirmation that all the information is correct and that this is how the final product should appear. Please note we cannot accept any amendments unless they are signed for and dated. Amendments after final proofs have been agreed and signed for, and production of the order has commenced, will incur additional charges.
Orders should be placed at least 3-4 months before the date of your celebration, however larger orders should really be requested 6 months before the big day. Production of orders will only commence once final proofs have been approved. A minimum of 6-8 weeks is required from receipt of the approved proofs to completion of these items. Remember when ordering your invitations to take into account that these are usually posted to guests about 2-3 months prior to the celebration date.
Items needed on the day and not before (e.g. table plans, menus etc) will be delivered at least 2 weeks before the date of the celebration. Since a minimum of 1 month is needed to produce these items, please ensure that wording is received by 2dream at least 6 weeks before the date of the celebration. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that wording is received by 2dream within this time-frame. The client accepts that 2dream cannot be held liable for orders delivered after the delivery date (i.e. 2 weeks before the wedding), if wording has not been received within this time-frame.
2dream reserve the right to decline an order if previous commitments do not allow us to complete it to a standard we see as important in the timeframe available.
We will try, within reason, to accommodate any urgent orders (i.e. those required in less than 3 months before the date the invitations are to be sent out). Such orders may incur an additional cost, this would be discussed before placing the order.
Both our bespoke designs and those shown on the website have been designed and handmade by Clare and Jenny at 2dream and are therefore copyright of 2dream. No design of ours should in any circumstances be copied in full or in part. However we reserve the right to duplicate designs if different customers give us a similar order request.
Since our stationery and keepsakes are handmade, the client accepts that there may be slight variations between items and that colours may vary slightly from photographs and the website.
2dream reserves the right to use any design in our portfolios or on our website in order to help sell our services.
The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of anything requested by the client. The client therefore indemnifies 2dream against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties’ copyright.
All ordered items will have a label attached with the 2dream contact details and website.
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
All prices quoted to you are guaranteed for 3 months, if an order is submitted after that 3 month period prices may have been subject to change and therefore a new quote will be provided. All prices quoted for designs will reflect the materials used and the intricacy of the design. A quote will always be given for bespoke designs before an order is placed, however there is no consultation fee charged for any bespoke service.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order is required before production begins. Payment of this deposit is understood to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The balance of payment for orders will be required before delivery of these goods is made.
Payment can be made by cheque, payable to Clare Keys or Jenny Barton.
All products are subject to the availability of materials. Whilst we will endeavour to supply the client as agreed, 2dream cannot be held liable for situations beyond its control, for example, discontinued or unavailable materials. In such cases you will be informed and a suitable alternative will be made available.
If the client orders stationery in multiple orders, 2dream cannot guarantee continued availability of materials and colours from different batches of materials can vary significantly. We therefore encourage all clients to place orders in one go.
All goods remain the property of 2dream until payment has been received in full.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY:
The client will be notified once the order is ready for despatch by phone or e-mail. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. All delivery charges will be made based on the size and weight of each part of the order, however many deliveries the order requires. These charges will be included in the invoice.
All items will be delivered by the date stated on the order form. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the date stated is suitable.
The client should be aware that our products and packing are not suitable for children.
Every care is taken to pack the order, however 2dream cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred in transit via the delivery service or held responsible for any loss incurred due to late delivery for reasons outside our control (postal strike etc.).
CANCELLATIONS AND ERRORS:
If an order is not placed after proofs are approved but before production occurs, 2dream will retain the full deposit to cover costs incurred ordering materials in. However if materials have not been ordered a full refund would be available.
If an order is cancelled once full production of the approved proofs has begun, or been completed or delivered, 2dream will retain the full deposit and the remaining balance of payment must still be made.
In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify us as soon as possible, and within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must return any damaged/faulty goods to us before any errors will be rectified. Any errors made by 2dream will be rectified free of charge. However the cost of any errors on your behalf must be borne by you. Therefore, please make sure you check your requirements and the proofs very carefully.
There are no refunds offered on surplus items ordered by you.
DATA PROTECTION:
Any information provided by the client will not be passed onto any third party for any reason, without prior written consent.
